Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
JFT Guru (operated by Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd.) sells digital access: premium plans, mock tests, practice sets and online books. Access is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, so it cannot be "returned".
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed. This applies to every plan, product and payment method, including when:
- you change your mind, or do not use the plan or book after buying it;
- you buy the wrong plan or a longer plan than you need;
- your exam date changes, or you pass or fail the exam;
- your plan period ends before you have finished studying;
- your account is suspended or closed because you broke our Terms and Conditions.
2. Please Check Before You Pay
Before buying, you can try our free mock test preview and free practice sets, and check the plan length and price on the payment page. If anything is unclear, ask us first through our Contact Page. We are happy to help you choose.
3. Billing Errors We Always Fix
A billing mistake is not a refund request, and we will always correct it:
- Paid, but your plan or book is not active: we will activate it. If we cannot, we will return that payment.
- Charged twice for the same order: we will return the duplicate payment.
Please tell us within 7 days of the payment, with your registered email, the payment method, and the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment. eSewa and wallet payments can take a few minutes to confirm, so please wait 30 minutes before reporting a plan that has not activated.
4. No Automatic Renewals
Plans are paid once for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. We never charge you again without you choosing to buy a new plan.
5. How Corrections Are Paid Back
Where we return a payment under section 3, it goes back through the same method you used: to your card via Dodo Payments, to your eSewa account, through APInepali, or, for manual bank transfers, by bank transfer to an account in your name. How long it takes to reach you depends on the payment provider and your bank.
6. Payment Disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or wallet. Most problems are fixed quickly. Disputing a valid purchase may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is open.
7. Your Legal Rights
If the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, nothing in this policy takes those rights away.
8. Contact Us
For billing problems, email [email protected] or use our Contact Page.
