Who can take it
- At least 17 years old on the test day (18 for Indonesian nationals).
- Candidates testing in Japan must also meet the conditions in the official guidelines.
- Japanese nationals cannot take it.
- After a failed attempt you must wait 45 days before taking the same test again.
